About Edgewood Country Club
Edgewood Country Club is a private club in Charleston's historic Edgewood neighborhood, chartered in 1898 and recognized as the oldest club in West Virginia.
Golf is played over an 18-hole course designed by George Cobb. The club's facilities also include two clubhouses, Har-Tru tennis courts, squash courts, a padel court, a fitness center and a swim complex.
Instruction for members comes from a PGA golf professional, along with racquets and fitness professionals who are available throughout the year. The club's calendar features youth programs, family events, adult leagues and social gatherings.
