Alpine Golf Course

Alpine Golf Course is part of the Alpine Resort in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, a property with roots stretching back to 1921, when brothers Paul and John Bertschinger acquired and developed the land. Drawn to its natural setting and potential as a retreat, they sold the property and later bought it back, opening the resort to guests in 1922.

The resort has since passed to new ownership, which has undertaken restoration and reinvestment across the grounds and its outdoor amenities. The golf course reopened to visitors in 2021, with continued plans to develop the property while preserving its historic character.
