Mount Si Golf Course
About Mount Si Golf Course
Mount Si Golf Course occupies ground with a long agricultural history in the Snoqualmie Valley. Jeremiah Borst settled the valley in 1858, and by the late 1800s the area around Meadowbrook had been given over to hop growing, with more than 900 acres under cultivation and the Snoqualmie Hop Farm promoted as the largest operation of its kind. In 1923 A.W. Pratt platted the Meadowbrook addition to Snoqualmie, and as Prohibition cut demand for hops, part of that land was converted to golf.
