Village Greens Golf Course is an 18-hole executive course set just off Mile Hill Road in Port Orchard. Its layout offers enough challenge for experienced players while remaining approachable for beginners, and the course has a family-friendly character. A driving range is also part of the property.
The course was built by Village Golf, Inc. in the late 1950s and opened for play by 1960. In 1972, Kitsap County agreed to purchase the property, with County Commissioner Bill Mahan leading the effort. After a period of decline, the county closed the course in 2019, but a former local resident and PGA golf professional negotiated a 10-year lease with Kitsap County, and Village Greens reopened on May 25, 2019.
