About Madrona Links Golf Course
Madrona Links sits on the Gig Harbor peninsula near the Tacoma Narrows and Highway 16. The course was designed and built by Ken Tyson, opening in 1978, with the intent of creating a layout that was approachable and enjoyable for golfers of all abilities.
The course is known locally for the condition of its greens, which are kept closely maintained along with the rest of the grounds. Madrona Links also supports large and active men's and ladies' clubs, with a combined membership of more than 750 players. Club activity includes monthly membership tournaments, regular weekend events and weekly choose-up games, and the course accommodates group outings.
