Hidden Creek Country Club dates to 1963, when golf course architect Ed Ault designed and developed the property. It sits just a short distance from Reston Town Center, yet its rolling hills and wooded landscape give the setting a quieter, more secluded character than many Reston residents expect.
The Ault-designed layout plays as an 18-hole par 71, stretching to 6,758 yards from the championship tees. Several winding creeks thread through the property and come into play on nearly every hole, while contoured fairways, well-guarded greens and 50 bunkers shape the strategy from tee to green. The course presents plenty to think about for low handicappers but remains manageable enough for players across a range of skill levels.
