About Lake Monticello Golf Course
Lake Monticello Golf Course sits in the rolling Piedmont country of central Virginia, where a layout designed by Buddy Loving some fifty years ago follows the natural contours of the terrain.
The course measures 6,930 yards and is set up with eight sets of tees, giving players of differing abilities a range of lengths to choose from. Tees and fairways are planted primarily in Bermuda grass, while the greens are bent grass. Electric carts are available, and walking is also allowed.
Play is open to the public, whether for a single round or on a year-round basis.
