Draper Valley Golf Club is a public course in Draper, Virginia, that opened in 1992. Its traditional design follows the natural contours of the Southwest Virginia mountains, with rolling foothills, marshes, lakes and wooded surroundings framing the play.
The layout is open, with well-kept fairways of bluegrass and rye and undulating bentgrass greens. Water, in the form of lakes or branches, is in play on seven holes. The signature hole is the 511-yard par-5 9th, where the approach must carry both a marsh and a water hazard. The longest hole is the uphill par-5 13th at 565 yards, while the 7th is a downhill par 3 of 192 yards from the tips. The 468-yard par-4 5th plays uphill as the course's top-handicap test.
