About Logan Country Club
Logan Country Club is a privately owned, members-only club in Utah's Cache Valley, open to members and their invited guests. Founded in 1932, it ranks among the oldest golf courses in the state, with views over the city of Logan on one side and the Wasatch National Forest bordering the other.
The course was redesigned by architect Gene Bates, the final project of his design career, with contributions from his assistant architect and club owner David Jenkins. Golf professionals Tom Davidson, Dean Johansen and Erik Skinner provided feedback on the design and playability concepts.

The club opened with its first three holes, built with support from the City of Logan and Utah State University. The original nine were finished within a few years, and all 18 holes were in play by 1960.
