Sun Hills Golf Course

Sun Hills Golf Course in Layton plays to a par of 71 across two distinct nines. The front nine is a par 35, with three par threes at holes 3, 6 and 8. Although often considered the gentler half, out of bounds runs along both sides of several holes, making accuracy off the tee important.

The back nine is a par 36 and the more scenic stretch, with open views from holes 11, 13, 14, 16 and 17, including a wide look across the course and the surrounding valley from the 11th tee. Holes 13 and 17 serve as the signature holes, and all of the course's water hazards are found on this side.
