Olympia Hills

Olympia Hills opened in February 2000 and is owned and managed by the City of Universal City, Texas. The 18-hole layout was designed by the Finger, Dye, Spann Design Group. The course is irrigated with recycled grey water, which helps keep conditions consistent through the year, including during dry spells.

Dramatic elevation changes mark holes 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11 and 13, several of which drop 50 feet or more from tee to green. The design combines naturally rolling terrain with man-made mounding and bunkers placed to influence strategy. Bermuda grass covers the playing surfaces, and four sets of tees stretch from about 6,923 yards at the championship markers to 5,534 yards from the forward tees.
