River Pointe Golf Club

River Pointe Golf Club is a public course in Richmond, Texas, laid out along the Brazos River southwest of Houston. The routing is designed to keep golfers in a natural setting, with no housing bordering the holes, giving the course a quiet, secluded character.

Wildlife is a regular part of a round here, with deer crossing fairways, woodpeckers in the trees and alligators in the creeks that run in front of some greens. The combination of river frontage, open country air and undeveloped surroundings gives the layout a relaxed, rural feel while still presenting plenty of challenge.
