Plum Creek Golf Course
About Plum Creek Golf Course
Plum Creek Golf Course sits in Kyle, Texas, and traces its origins to Glenn and Mary Evans, who saw the land as a good fit for a links-style layout. Their plan came to fruition when the course opened in 1999. Glenn Evans, a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, was a keen sportsman who held an Arkansas state boxing title, played minor league baseball and golfed avidly.
On site is Glenn's Bar & Grill, a remodeled restaurant and bar named in the couple's honor, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. The room offers ten high-definition televisions, a 100-inch projector and projector wall, a range of draft beers including Texas craft selections, a menu of hand-made items and plenty of seating.
