De Cordova Bend Country Club
About De Cordova Bend Country Club
De Cordova Bend Estates began in 1969, when Texlan Corporation platted 1,651 lots across 855 acres along the shores of Lake Granbury as a weekend retreat for north Texans. Early visitors used a nine-hole golf course and a clubhouse, and by 1972 the development had grown into a full-time residential community governed by an owners' association, with residents sharing the cost of operating the amenities.

Today the community takes in roughly 26 miles of roads and about 1,500 homes, condominiums and town homes. Golf consists of an 18-hole championship course along with a separate nine-hole par-3 layout and a driving range.
Other amenities include a marina with two covered docks and 74 boat slips, two lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, a four-space RV park, and a swimming pool with a poolside deli.
