About The Golf Club at Fossil Creek
The Golf Club at Fossil Creek opened in 1988 as a public course in Fort Worth, built on a par-72 layout personally designed by Arnold Palmer and measuring 6,865 yards.
The site was a former limestone quarry, and the routing works around its cliffs, contoured bluffs, natural creek beds and rolling ground, with lakes also in play. It is understood to be among the last courses Palmer designed himself, and it has remained open to all golfers since its first season.
