About River Bend Golf Club
River Bend Golf Club sits in Floresville, roughly 20 miles from downtown San Antonio, and is set up to accommodate players of varying ability. The front nine plays in a links style, with generous fairways and large, receptive greens, while the back nine moves through elevation changes framed by Live Oak trees placed to shape the strategy of each shot.
Five sets of tees on every hole let golfers select the length and difficulty that suits their game. The course's bunkers have been rebuilt by a golf course construction firm, with play continuing during the work. Practice facilities include a full range with an aquatic driving range, and the club carries a relaxed small-town atmosphere.
