About Heritage Ranch Golf & Country Club

Heritage Ranch Golf & Country Club sits within a gated 55+ active adult community in Fairview, Texas, about 35 minutes northeast of Dallas. The 575-acre property holds 1,144 homes set among rolling terrain, wooded stretches, creek beds and ponds, and was developed between 2000 and 2007.

The golf course is an 18-hole, par-72 layout designed by Arthur Hills, routed through the same country setting of woodlands, creeks and water features.

At the heart of the community is a 24,000-square-foot clubhouse containing a ballroom, a billiards and card room, an arts and crafts room, and a library stocked with reading and audio-visual materials along with computers. A fitness center and an indoor lap pool round out the amenities.
