Lone Star Golf Club
About Lone Star Golf Club
Lone Star Golf Club is a public 18-hole course in El Paso, playing to roughly 7,000 yards and set against views of the Franklin Mountains.
Although the surrounding region is desert, the layout is framed by more than 1,300 mature mulberry, oak, pine and willow trees lining the fairways. Three lakes come into play, along with 22 bunkers placed throughout the round. The terrain brings slight elevation changes, with a number of holes that reward longer tee shots.
Course conditioning is overseen by Superintendent Marland Singleton and the maintenance staff.
