Grand Oaks Golf Club is a public course on the eastern edge of Cleveland, Texas, roughly 45 miles northeast of Houston, open to players of all ages and ability levels and offering both regulation and shorter, less conventional golf.
Designed by Mike Nuzzo, the property holds two nine-hole layouts: "Nine Grand," a regulation nine measuring about 3,300 yards, and "Three Grand," a par-three nine of roughly 1,000 yards.
The routing makes use of the site's natural features, including Tarkington Bayou and the stands of large trees that frame the property. The design aims to test experienced golfers while providing enough playable options for beginners still learning the game.
