About Montlake Golf Club
Montlake Golf Club sits on the Stone Fort property atop Mowbray Mountain, roughly 19 miles north of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The surrounding region is known for its sandstone cliffs and boulders, and the same tract that holds the golf course also takes in the Stone Fort bouldering area and the Leda sport climbing area.
The property recently came under new ownership, with stated plans to maintain climbing access across the land while restoring the grounds for golfers and climbers alike.
