Island Pointe Golf Club

Island Pointe Golf Club lies along the French Broad River in Kodak, Tennessee, with holes routed beside the water and among the river's islands. The course is known locally for its Zoysia fairways and mini-verde Bermuda greens, and it stretches to 7,001 yards from the back tees, a length that gives low-handicap players a stern test from the tips.

More than seven and a half miles of cart path run along the edge of the river and across it, opening up views of the East Tennessee landscape. Along with the longer holes, the layout includes demanding par 3s, and the greens are gently undulating, so scoring chances are not assured once a player reaches the putting surface.
