Franklin Bridge Golf Club

Franklin Bridge Golf Club is a public 18-hole course set in the Harpeth River bottomland of Williamson County. Built in the late 1980s on former farmland, it was designed by architect Gary Roger Baird and stretches to nearly 7,000 yards from the back tees. Housing is visible on only three holes, and mature trees, shaped mounding and repeated crossings of the Harpeth River define the setting.

The front nine opens gently with a short par 4 and a reachable par 5, then stiffens at the uphill par-3 third and the dogleg-left fourth, which plays across the Harpeth and over the bridge that gave the club its name. The seventh calls for a long drive and a controlled approach to a shallow, elevated green with the river waiting short, and the ninth is a short par 3 over water.
