About White Plains Golf Course
White Plains Golf Course opened in May 1988 and plays as an 18-hole, par-72 layout set among valley views and surrounding mountains. The routing is unusual in its balance, with five par threes, eight par fours and five par fives, and it places particular emphasis on the approach shot into the green.
Bermuda tee boxes and fairways lead into green collars added in 2025, which surround bent grass putting surfaces. The greens carry a mix of obvious and subtle undulations that reward a well-aligned stroke. Course maintenance is overseen by superintendent Patrick Skinner and his crew.

Five sets of tees — silver, red, gold, white and blue — stretch the course from about 4,000 yards to 6,329 yards, with a maximum slope rating of 115, making it workable for experienced players while keeping the shorter par threes manageable for newcomers.
