Boscobel Golf & Country Club

Boscobel Golf Club sits in Pendleton, a short drive from Clemson University, in the Upstate region of South Carolina. The 18-hole course opened for play in 1932 and is credited to designer Fred Bolton, with Russell Breeden later making his own alterations to the rolling terrain. Fairways are Bermuda grass and the greens are bentgrass.

The layout measures close to 6,500 yards and plays to a par of 71 from the men's tees and 72 from the ladies' tees. It is unusual in including five par threes rather than the customary four. Water comes into play on three holes, and the small bentgrass greens place a premium on accurate approach shots.
