About The Fort Club
The Fort Club, previously called The Golf Club at Star Fort, is an 18-hole course in Ninety Six, South Carolina. It opened in 1968 and was designed by George Cobb.
The club takes its name from the Battle of Star Fort, fought roughly two miles from the present-day course. The layout is a traditional tree-lined design, with five sets of tees to accommodate a range of playing abilities.
