The Windermere Club

The Windermere Club was designed by Pete Dye, whose approach aims to give each hole its own character; at Windermere no two holes resemble one another, producing eighteen distinct playing experiences across the round.

In keeping with Dye's emphasis on strategy, the layout asks golfers to weigh risk and reward on each shot and to call on the full set of clubs. Every hole offers at least five sets of tees, and some six, including two positions selected for women with input from Alice Dye.
