About Cobbs Glen Country Club
Cobb's Glen Country Club in Anderson, South Carolina, is an eighteen-hole championship layout stretching to 7,002 yards. The course was designed and built in 1976 by architect George Cobb, whose other work includes the par-three course at Augusta National, Sea Pines Plantation and Quail Hollow.
Four sets of tees on every hole let golfers set their own level of challenge. The fairways are mature and reasonably generous without being especially forgiving, while the Tif-Eagle hybrid Bermuda greens, installed in August 2012, run quick and are well protected by bunkering.

Practice facilities include a driving range and putting green. The clubhouse holds a full-service pro shop, a restaurant serving sandwiches, soup and drinks, a members lounge and locker rooms, and the property also has a Junior Olympic-sized Z-shaped swimming pool.
