Paupack Hills Golf Course
About Paupack Hills Golf Course
Paupack Hills Golf Course sits in the Pocono Mountains, playing to a par of 71 and measuring 6,556 yards from the back tees. The routing takes in mountain scenery, with views of Lake Wallenpaupack from the 6th and 16th holes and Lake Tanglwood forming the backdrop to the 18th green.
The club traces its origins to 1966, when fourteen weekend residents came together and engaged George and Tom Fazio to lay out the course. The front nine opened for play in 1971, followed by the back nine in 1974. After the course fell idle in the autumn of 2023, it reopened under Greg Johnson, with 2025 marking its first full season back in operation.
