Conocodell Golf Club

Conocodell Golf Club, known locally as "the Dell," dates to the 1960s and sits in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania.

The course changed hands in the spring of 2009, when three childhood friends who had grown up playing it together in the 1970s formed an LLC and bought the property. All three remain active golfers, and each brought experience from a separate career to the ownership group, with a stated focus on keeping the golf experience affordable.
