About Saucon Valley Country Club Weyhill Course

Saucon Valley Country Club traces its origins to 1920, when 16 Bethlehem Steel business leaders purchased 205 acres of farmland along the Saucon Creek to found a family-oriented private club built around golf, racquet sports and swimming.

The Weyhill Course, designed by William and David Gordon, opened in 1968 and is one of three championship layouts at the club, joining the Old Course — originally laid out as the Saucon Course by architect Herbert Strong — and the Grace Course, completed in 1957. Together with a six-hole short course and a practice facility, the property now holds 60 holes of golf across more than 850 acres.

Club amenities extend well beyond the courses, with indoor and outdoor racquet courts, platform tennis, squash, a fitness center, four swimming pools, fly fishing, ten dining venues and a 13-bedroom 18th-century guest house for overnight stays.
