About Laverne Golf & Country Club
Laverne Golf & Country Club dates to 1961, when a group of volunteers cleared a tract of sand hills and plum thickets and laid out a nine-hole course on the site.
The layout can be played at several lengths to suit different skill levels, stretching to 5,974 yards from the men's tees and measuring 4,546 yards from the women's tees. The club hosts a number of tournaments through the year, among them an annual night golf event and the Bank Individual tournament.
