Cedar Valley Golf Club

Cedar Valley Golf Club sits just west of I-35 near Guthrie, in central Oklahoma. The complex spans 72 holes, laid out with the average player in mind and built around a straightforward idea: golf that plays fair, moves quickly and stays enjoyable. With this much golf on one property, waits for the first tee are uncommon, and the fairways are kept cleanly manicured.

The courses were the work of Duffy Martin, a Professional Golfers' Association member for more than 50 years who built a reputation constructing golf courses across Oklahoma. Known for his quick wit and a steady supply of one-liners, Martin designed with the belief that golfers would rather hit balls than spend their round searching for them — a philosophy reflected in the generous, playable character of the layouts.
