About Lakeland Golf Course
Lakeland Golf Club dates to 1964 and was expanded in 2002 into an 18-hole championship layout stretching 6,932 yards from the championship tees. Course architect Barry Serafin guided the expansion, and the traditional design includes five sets of tees to accommodate a range of skill levels.
Wide fairways are well maintained and guarded by bunkers placed to shape strategy, while natural water hazards affect play on several holes. From the back tees the course carries a USGA rating of 73.4 and a slope of 135.
The setting has a parkland character, with native fescue, wooded areas and open country views framing the holes.
