Catawba Island Club Golf Course
About Catawba Island Club Golf Course
Catawba Island Club sits on the northwestern end of the Catawba Peninsula along Lake Erie's Ohio shore, within Catawba Island Township in the northeastern part of the county. Despite the name, the land forms a peninsula extending into the lake rather than an island, and the club is known for its natural lakeside setting and sunset views.
The private club's golf course is an 18-hole championship layout designed by Arthur Hills and Steve Forrest. Other amenities include a lakefront pool development, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness center, giving members and their guests reasons to visit through all four seasons.

A dining room serves members during the colder months, and the club maintains a family-oriented atmosphere, with activities and events organized for a range of age groups. Many multi-generational families, some into their third and fourth generations, have long been part of the membership.
