Oak Harbor Golf Club
About Oak Harbor Golf Club
Oak Harbor Golf Club, originally known as Portage Point Golf Club, opened in 1964 as a nine-hole layout and has since grown to eighteen holes. From its various tee options, the course measures roughly 5,300 to 6,500 yards.
The winding Portage River wraps around the property, adding both scenery and a measure of difficulty to several shots. The course features watered fairways and small greens, which are among its most noted characteristics.
Practice facilities include a driving range with natural tees, and instruction is available from PGA Professional Chuck Benes. A pro shop, food and beverage service, and season passes round out the amenities.
