Great Trail Golf Course

Great Trail Golf Course sits on land tied to the historic Great Trail pathway, the route that gives the course its name. The project began in the mid-1960s, when local investors set out to build a community golf course, and it grew over the following decades into the 27-hole layout played today, with a clubhouse that became a local gathering place.

A new ownership group took over in 2023 and began a revitalization of the property, aiming to retain the character of the land while adding to its lodging, dining and event facilities. Alongside the golf, the site includes an inn for overnight visitors, a restaurant and spaces for celebrations and gatherings, making it a hub for the surrounding towns.
