About Liberty Hills Golf Club
Liberty Hills Golf Club sits on gently rolling ground in Bellefontaine, Ohio, with broad views, a winding creek and stands of old oak trees, including the mature oaks lining the entrance drive.
The course was previously known as Bellefontaine Country Club. Roy and Donna Clark, who had spent some twenty years at Mill Creek Golf Club in Ostrander, Ohio, took it on in 1995 and renamed it Liberty Hills. It has remained a family operation since: daughter Traci and her husband Roy Hobson joined the team, son Mike and the Clarks' grandchildren have also been involved over the years, and a number of long-serving staff have been part of the club for much of that time.
