About Firestone Country Club

Firestone Country Club traces its origins to 1929, when tire manufacturer Harvey S. Firestone created a private retreat for company employees and business associates. The original South Course was laid out by Bert Way, establishing the foundation of a club long associated with championship golf.

Over the decades the club has staged major competitions, including the PGA Championship, World Golf Championships events and, more recently, the Kaulig Companies Championship. Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Tom Fazio contributed to the shaping of the club's three courses.

The private club pairs its historic character with contemporary amenities, offering championship golf along with dining, fitness facilities and an active member community.
