Meadowbrook Golf Course
About Meadowbrook Golf Course
Meadowbrook Golf Course has been part of the golf scene in northern New York for more than 60 years, owned and operated throughout that time by the Locke family. Four generations have kept the public course in play and in condition.
The layout is a nine-hole course set over rolling terrain, with bunkers filled with Vermont white sand and quick, undulating greens that leave few genuinely straight putts. Four sets of tees give players of varying ability a choice of length.
Wildlife is a regular feature of a round here. Blue and green herons, ducks, tanagers and finches are often seen, along with deer, foxes, gophers and turtles.
