About Tupper Lake Golf Club
Set into the slope of Mount Morris, Tupper Lake Golf Club dates to 1932 and plays 18 holes across tree-lined fairways in the heart of the Adirondacks.
The layout leans on strategy rather than length. Fairway bunkers ask for accuracy from the tee, greenside bunkering guards the approaches, and water comes into play on several holes. Views of the surrounding Adirondack ridgelines open up from nearly every hole.
The design is attributed to Donald Ross, the Dornoch, Scotland-born architect known for routing courses over natural terrain and for crowned greens and understated difficulty that favors thoughtful play over power.
