Braemar Country Club is a semi-private, par-72 course in Spencerport, New York, laid out by Morrison & Morrison in 1927. The front nine opened in 1928, and the back nine followed in 1967. It measures 6,797 yards from the blue tees, 6,476 from the white, 5,663 from the gold and 5,352 from the red.
The short game carries weight here for players of any length off the tee, with large greens rewarding accurate putting. Mature trees, sand traps and a number of ponds and streams shape the holes and give the property a quiet, scenic character, while an ongoing fertilization and irrigation program keeps conditions consistent through the season.
