About Rockville Golf Course
Rockville Links Club was founded in 1923 and has long been associated with the Village of Rockville Centre, where it has operated as a private club rooted in local tradition.
The course was laid out by Devereux Emmet, a prolific golf architect of the early twentieth century. His design reflects the strategic style of that era, with holes routed to follow the natural contours of the land. Over the following decades the layout has been refined and modernized for contemporary play, with changes made to keep the original character and routing intact.

Having remained in continuous operation through world wars and generations of change in the surrounding community, the club retains its historic identity while its renovations keep the course suited to modern golf.
