About The Lynx at River Bend Golf Club
The Lynx at River Bend Golf Club dates to 1915 and was laid out by golf architect A.W. Tillinghast. The course occupies a quiet 125-acre property in Port Jervis, with the Shawangunk Mountains forming the backdrop and mountain views from across the layout.
For more than 90 years the club operated as the private Port Jervis Country Club, open only to members. It is now open to the public, while memberships remain available. The layout presents a test for experienced golfers but remains playable for those newer to the game.
