Locust Hill Country Club
About Locust Hill Country Club
Locust Hill Country Club is a private club in Pittsford, with roots stretching back nearly a century in the Rochester area.
The club traces its beginning to the summer of 1925, when a group of about thirty Rochester business people and professionals, together with members of the Rochester Gyro Club, set out to create a golf club geared toward families. They acquired Locust Hill Farm, eighty-nine acres of farmland on the north side of Jefferson Road in Pittsford. Through many changes over the decades, the club has kept family, golf and community at the center of its identity.
