About Hyde Park Golf Course
Hyde Park Golf Course in Niagara Falls spans 27 holes, combining an 18-hole layout with a separate nine, giving golfers a choice of rounds at a single municipal property.
Practice facilities include a driving range and a large putting green with an adjoining chipping area. A pro shop serves players on site, and the clubhouse has a restaurant and bar.
The course traces its origins to 1901, when it was founded by Frank A. Dudley, and the design work is credited to William F. and David W. Gordon. It began as a nine-hole course, still in play today as the Red Nine. The club was first known as Niagara Falls Country Club; in 1916 its members relocated to the Town of Lewiston, while the original nine holes stayed in place.
