Wind Watch Golf & Country Club
About Wind Watch Golf & Country Club
Wind Watch Golf & Country Club is a public course in Hauppauge, on Long Island, with a clubhouse that overlooks the course and an 11-acre practice facility combining grass and artificial turf surfaces.
The course dates to 1971, when it opened as Colonie Hill Golf Club. Joe Lee redesigned the layout in 1990, at which point it became Wind Watch Golf Club. A further redesign by golf course architect Stephen Kay followed in 1997 for the new owners, the Holiday Organization, who sold the club to Invited, Inc. in 2011.
