Ouleout Creek Golf Course is a public layout in North Franklin, New York, in the Catskill Mountain region of Delaware County near Oneonta. It opened in 1989 as a nine-hole course and was later expanded to 18 holes measuring 5,604 yards.
The routing moves between flatter, more forgiving holes on the valley floor and holes that climb the surrounding slopes, producing a range of elevation changes. Water hazards come into play across the property, and the natural landscape frames each hole. The variety in terrain makes the course playable for a wide range of skill levels.
