About Hay Harbor Golf Course
Hay Harbor Club sits on Fishers Island, New York, and dates to 1909, when it was established as the social and sporting hub of the island's summer community. From the start it combined golf with tennis and sailing for its members.
The club's facilities grew over the years to include bathhouses, a swimming dock, additional tennis courts and, eventually, a swimming pool. Sailing remains part of its identity as well: the Fishers Island One Design class, created in 1910 for adult sailors, is still in use at the club today.
