About Red Hawk Golf and Resort

Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, Nevada offers two distinct 18-hole layouts set in the Spanish Springs Valley north of Reno.

The Lakes Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, measures 7,140 yards and winds past natural lakes, springs and mature cottonwood trees, with the surrounding desert landscape flowing in and around the turf. Water, sand and grass are balanced throughout the routing.

The Hills Course is a signature design by three-time U.S. Open champion Hale Irwin, stretching 7,106 yards. It is characterized by small greens, significant elevation changes, deep bunkers and undulating fairways, with mountain backdrops and wide valley views. Irwin incorporated features of the working ranch that once occupied the property and added lakes that bring additional challenge, calling for a wide range of clubs.
