Fallon Golf Course

Fallon Golf Course sits along the Carson River in Fallon, Nevada, with cottonwoods and willows scattered across its grounds.

The nine-hole layout puts a premium on accuracy, asking golfers to work around well-placed bunkers and avoid out-of-bounds trouble. The river also threads through the property and affects play on several holes, most notably the par-3 second, the course's signature test, where the tee shot must carry water to find a well-guarded green.
